- Carry out a Site Assessment (if applicable) from the
- Panel of Approved Site Assessors
- Application for Panel of Approved Site Suitability Assessors
- Complete a Local Need Application Form (in the case of rural one-off dwellings)
- Check Development Levies & Planning scale of fees
- Consult the Rural Design Guidelines
- Note on Tree Felling
- Appropriate Assessment
Appropriate Assessment
Appropriate Assessment is a process of the assessment of the likely significant effects of every plan or project on the Natura 2000 network. All development that requires a planning permission process, public developments carried out by Local Authorities, material contravention proposals and Exempted Development applications within a Natura site, or which could potentially have a significant effect on Natura 2000 site, are subject to Appropriate Assessment.
